In the early 1950's, Toronto began to transform itself into a cosmopolitan centre, the company's founders were among the original home builders in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. In the '60s and '70s, the company built approximately 10,000 apartment units to house the city's rapidly growing population.
