In the early 1950's, Toronto began to transform itself into a cosmopolitan centre, the company's founders were among the original home builders in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. In the '60s and '70s, the company built approximately 10,000 apartment units to house the city's rapidly growing population. Condominiums were on the Greenwin radar as well, with one of Canada's first developments built at Don Mills Rd. and Sheppard Avenue. We also constructed part of the Ontario Government's community housing portfolio in Metro Toronto and were then retained to manage it.
