RentSeeker.ca offers the option to refine your search to very specific criteria. By utilizing our advanced search options you have the choice to Narrow your Search to the options you'd like to see in the search results.

RentSeeker.ca has developed a strong rapport with many Canadian Landlords & Property Management Companies who are consistently adding new listings to our site. We also service smaller landlords and home owners. Any questions, PLEASE contact us.

Our database of listings is updated in real time as new vacancies and apartments are being uploaded by Landlords and Homeowners. Make sure to check back often to ensure you find the home that's perfect for you.

Once you have found what you are looking for, the Landlords contact information will be displayed with all the available information.

It’s simple!
Log in as a Landlord by using our FREE & QUICK registration process. Once logged in, you will be able to:

• Add a Company (which includes company logo and bio); which is a one time process. Once complete, you can add multiple properties under one company.
• Add a Listing; which skips the Add a Company step, and directs you to Step 1 of your listing. Once complete and paid for, your listing will appear on our site in real time.

The Add a Listing process offers the option to add:
• Unlimited photo's
• Upload a video
• Add unlimited floorplans

Yes!

You can login into your RentSeeker.ca account anytime and simply make any changes to your listing through the My Account button at the top right.

No!

We never require you to sign a contract at any point. You simply pay per listing by the month and can deactivate your listing at any time.

Note: We recommend NOT deleting listings as they are unable to be retrieved and will have to be relisted.

Featured Listings are properties that will be shown in the top search results. This maximizes your exposure.

You will have the option to add your property as Featured (additional fees apply) through the "Add My Listing" process.
