For 60 years, Greenwin Inc. has been changing the face of urban Canada.

In the early 1950's, Toronto began to transform itself into a cosmopolitan centre, the company's founders were among the original home builders in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. In the '60s and '70s, the company built approximately 10,000 apartment units to house the city's rapidly growing population. Condominiums were on the Greenwin radar as well, with one of Canada's first developments built at Don Mills Rd. and Sheppard Avenue. We also constructed part of the Ontario Government's community housing portfolio in Metro Toronto and were then retained to manage it.

Today, Greenwin is one of Canada's largest privately owned residential property management companies. Our corporate office at 1 Valleybrook Dr. in Toronto provides our 80 plus employees with leading edge software and operating systems which enables each member of our team to provide our clients with the best results possible.

We professionally manage buildings all across the GTA, including Hamilton, Cambridge, Ottawa and Montreal. Our buildings range in size from 25 to 700 units. Our professional property managers direct the day to day property operations of our clients rental investments and oversee over 450 dedicated on-site employees.
